Africa is a big, beautiful place,with some of the most incredible sights you can imagine. We live here, and we love it. Now, we would like to show it off.

We live in South Africa, and regularily travel to Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

Within these countries are some of the most incredible things you can imagine seeing. From the People to the Wildlife to the Scenery, you will never fail to be impressed and amazed.

It is land of contrasts. Its a land alive! One day you are in a bustling city, next in the middle of a desert with nobody around for miles.

One moment scanning for zebra and lions, the next watching a glorious waterfall.

You can drive for days without seeing anybody, with sand covering everything you see. You can camp in the middle of a national park, fighting the monkeys for control of your food. You can go white water rafting, bungi jumping, canoeing, abseiling, flying or fishing.

You can do absolutely anything you please.

Oryx Excursions wants to take you through Southern Africa. We are not an organised tour packaging company. We know the region because we travel it frequently, often with our families. Africa can be a bit daunting for the first time visitor, so our experience will make it much more fun. Together we can work out the sort of trip that would suit you. Whether you prefer executive lodges (of which there are many-often in game reserves) or maybe camping it can all be arranged. Maybe you want to go game-fishing, its not easy to know the best spots, and for game spotting there are many places to choose from. A simple email is all it takes to get things rolling.
